Premium membership

When payments are activated, Stripe handles payment and billing. Repluvo stores customer and subscription identifiers, status and access dates separately from your fitness diary. Repluvo does not store card details. Free features remain available without a subscription.

What you provide

Your name, adult fitness profile, meal entries, hydration count and workout history support your personal targets and progress. In local mode these are kept in your browser’s local storage. Favorites, recipes, programs, preferences, meal and workout drafts and your weekly goal are included in V5 exports and automatically synchronized for signed-in users. Guest data is separate and only copied after your review. Photos are never stored in drafts or templates. Anyone with access to this browser may be able to read locally saved information.

Calculations and connected accounts

Profile and workout inputs are sent to the app’s calculation API, hosted on Cloudflare or the existing Vercel deployment. The calculation API does not retain these requests. When you sign in, Supabase Auth handles authentication and Supabase stores your protected profile, workouts and food diary. Meal photos are never part of cloud backups. You can delete your account and cloud data in Settings. Other devices can retain their local offline copies until cleared.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics and PostHog load only when configured and you choose to allow analytics. They receive page names and ordinary usage events, not your fitness profile, meals, workouts or free-text feedback. Session replay and automatic capture are disabled. You can change your choice in Settings.

Payments and messages

If paid plans are enabled, Stripe handles checkout; card details are never entered into Repluvo. Feedback sent through the configured support form is processed by Resend. Without an email connection, feedback stays on this device and is not submitted to a support team.

Photos, fonts and external links

Photos load from Unsplash and fonts from Google Fonts, which receive ordinary browser requests. Maps open on Google Maps only when you follow the gym search link. These providers apply their own privacy policies.

Meal photos and food data

Meal recognition is available only on deployments with a configured photo service. The existing Python service processes photos in memory without saving them or sending them to an external AI provider. The standalone Cloudflare deployment does not currently accept photo analysis uploads. Food search, barcode lookup and manual entry remain available. Photos are never included in analytics or cloud backups. The public USDA and Ciqual catalogs contain nutrition facts, without personal data.

Your choices

Use Settings to export your local profile and history. Remove individual food or workout entries in their diaries. Browser settings let you clear local site storage. Clearing it permanently removes local-only data, so export a copy first.
